What's cooking?

These pictures are from October 15, the day before Louis was born. Ashley, Lorraine and Matt walked around the National Mall, had Indian food for lunch, and then visited the "What's Cooking Uncle Sam exhibit?" at the National Archives. It was a beautiful day, 75 degrees and sunny with a slight breeze.

Later that evening Dean arrived and we all had dinner together. The contractions started around 10 pm and we went to the hospital around midnight.

    Ashley walked again that evening in a big circle to the grocery store, to our hotel, and home. I'm sure it was a mile that evening.
