Andrew is very motivated to move. This is probably related to watching his brother run circles around him, and also because he sometimes gets left alone in a room if we have to deal with Louis. He has been "army crawling" for a while, as seen here:
On Mother's Day he started experimenting with getting his hips off the floor, as seen here:

Less than a week later, he is crawling all over the place! The report from day care is that he is pushing toys around the room on two feet. He pulls him self up on anything near him, whether it's a basket of toys or a potted plant (not a good idea).
Andrew has a bright personality and it is such a joy to be near him. These two videos are examples of how much fun it is to watch him interact with the world. In the first he is trying to decide what to make of the singing, dancing dog, and in the second I'm teasing him with a remote control car. His expressions and reactions are adorable.
